What This Lens Holds

The board records the campaign through V102; later verdicts join it as they are written up.

A theory of representation should be willing to be represented as the thing it theorizes about — running code, with pass and fail conditions declared before the run. So the theory was broken into falsifiable claims, each given a harness with thresholds frozen in advance, each run against real embeddings and real implementations, and every verdict sealed under a hash manifest. This lens will publish the full campaign: the claims, the code, the numbers, and the verdicts — reproducible end to end.

The campaign did not stop at the first ten. Each disproof demanded a successor, and the successors were pre-registered and run: the alignment claim alone spawned a four-stage descent (V9 through V9-quater) from a mechanism check to genuinely independent models, and the quantitative laws proposed along the way (linear metering, then a capacity constant) were each given a frozen bar and each broke against it. When both parametric laws fell, the program pivoted to the genre information theory actually favours — order-laws, engineered mechanisms, and instruments — then kept going: through the capability boundary (what position-prediction can and cannot infer), first contact with real reasoning data at scale, the physics decomposition of the decay anchor, and finally a formalization block that pointed the instrument at the founding equation itself. The board below carries the campaign through V102: forty-three sealed verdicts — twenty-three proven, twenty disproven, with the later pre-registered cells joining it as they are written up — roughly half of all frozen claims died, and every disproof stays on the board, because the disproofs are what make the proofs worth believing.

The standing conclusion the campaign has actually earned — the sentence this lens exists to defend — is sharper than the founding claim: meaning topology transfers between independently trained models (nine in ten targets arrive within top-5, against a 0.35% chance floor), and survives a change of language and model simultaneously — English texts embedded by one model, their Spanish translations embedded by another organization’s model, and the true item’s median rank came back 5 out of 286 through 150 shared landmarks alone — while point-resolution geometry sits at the boundary: anchor-density-limited, twice missing a frozen 60% bar on held-out data, at 56.6%. What crosses between two private universes is the neighborhood structure. The exact star, about half the time. And the whole stack now composes into a working artifact: a sealed channel that ships 616-byte coordinate profiles instead of full embeddings, decodes 70% exactly at 5× compression, and whose sealed run caught all five tampering trials. That boundary and that artifact are measurements, and they are the most honest numbers in the theory, though the artifact’s are being taken again: its vectors came through a faulted embedding build, and its transcript’s chain used a stand-in hash.

Notes under a key number mark evidence being redone. Re-run pending: measured through an embedding build that gave every capitalized word the same vector; the sealed verdict stands as run and is being measured again, as a new cell on a certified instrument. Restored: already measured again that way; the restored figure is shown, and the verdict held. Void: the sealed reading was voided by that fault and measured again as a new cell. Stand-in hash: the chain used a 64-bit hash, which shows structure, not strength; a re-seal on BLAKE3 is pending.

Reproduced on other machines. On 1 October 2026 two validators ran the campaign’s compiled cells on machines of their own, an Apple M5 Pro and an Apple M4, and signed what they got. Every cell on this board from V1 to V31 and from V35 to V38 reproduced exactly on both, as did V50, V51, V64b, V64c, V66b, V67, V68 to V71, V73 to V78 and V80 to V84 from the second program, and the two machines never disagreed. V32 to V34 and V39 were not in the set. The cells that embed text as they run, V40, V52 to V56, V59 and V61 to V66, read differently under the newer embedding runtime both validators first had installed. On 3 October one validator ran them again on the runtime the cells were sealed on, and every one reproduced except V61 to V65, which differ only in the condition number of a numerically singular matrix, of order 1017 on both machines, a figure with no meaning at that size. The other validator’s run on that runtime is still to come. A reproduction shows that a record is faithful and deterministic, not that it survives the faults noted above: a cell marked re-run pending reproduces because it replays the vectors it was measured with.

The Second Program (V41–V102)

From V41 the cells stop asking whether the structure exists and start asking what it can do — and the answers sorted into a capability map with measured walls. What the geometry can do, each verb sealed: address (i8-safe, rank-1 0.993), move (learned relation operators generalize at 1.00 held-out), compose as a state machine only, project (abstraction is rank-reducing and one-way — the arrow of the space is forgetting, by mathematical necessity), interpolate, fold, and transfer across frames (a 768-D and a 384-D model, anchor signatures alone, 16× chance). The space itself is continuous — the discrete-archipelago hypothesis was falsified twice, by two independent instruments, including the author’s heaviest deliberate assault. What it cannot do, each wall sealed: negation has no direction (0.114 consistency), antonyms sit closer than random pairs, AND is not a centroid, chained offsets interfere, coherence carries zero truth, and the manifold ranks a rigid ceramic tile first when asked for a flexible heat shield — it is a librarian, not a physicist.

And then the block this lens is proudest of, because no one outside the program would have run it: V80–V84 pointed the instrument at the founding equation. The verdicts: the frame group is not a group (closure fails at 0.448); orbits smear; the quotient is only partially injective; and the invariant, extracted, loses information against the best single frame (0.358 vs 0.623) — though it genuinely exists and converges (0.962 at three frames). The conclusion is sealed in the registry’s own words: M = R/G is descriptive, not prescriptive — a framework that generated a real program, not a law. The consensus-is-not-truth result recurred at a second level along the way: the average of four observers lost to the single best observer, the same law V40 measured at the statement level, months apart.

Standing threads: the V83 re-run on validated similarity labels (the block’s central disproof, pending a certified instrument — either confirms or overturns the demotion); the clean-corpus re-run of V57/58; the physical decay source (software proved the decomposition; only the source proves the arrow); the Canon-native confirmation pass; and the blind reconstruction of SPEC-001 by hands that are not ours.

Twenty-three proven, twenty disproven on the sealed board below — and the disproofs are load-bearing, up to and including the day the instrument was pointed at the founding equation and kept the verdict. A suite that cannot fail is not evidence. This one fails regularly, in public, under seal — and what survives it has earned the right to be called a result.
