The architecture papers, governance documents, and standards drafts are the polished outputs. These are not those. Notes is where the actual texture of the work gets published — the day a thing happened, the result that surprised, the workshop conversation that mattered, the small primitive that turned out to be load-bearing. Lower-stakes, higher-frequency, more specific.
