Engaging the Foundation

The governance corpus, the filed patent estate, the certification program, and the supporting research and mathematics are all publicly accessible from the navigation above. These artifacts are published for inspection. Anyone may read them, examine the published primitives, and form their own assessment without contacting the Foundation.

Critique of the published record needs no door at all. The standards remain Working Drafts open for public review, and the research is published precisely so it can be checked. Reading the documents, running the numbers, and identifying flaws is the mode of engagement the Foundation values most — it requires no permission, and every paper carries an open thread for exactly this.

Formal participation — working groups and certification — opens per the program charter, which defines the participation tracks, their sequencing, and the evidence expected of participants. Research-door correspondence feeds those tracks as they open.

Every published paper and essay carries an open comment thread under the heading refutations welcome. The threads run on infrastructure the Foundation hosts itself — no advertising network, no tracking, no third party reading what you write. Moderation removes spam and nothing else; a comment that dismantles an argument stays up at the same prominence as the argument. That is the epistemic charter applied to conversation: what survives critique is shared ground.

The announcements list carries publication drops, working-group formation, standards revisions, and ratification notices — the Foundation’s cadence, in your inbox, nothing else. No tracking pixels, and the list is never shared.

The Foundation accepts support through a public collective, where contributions and expenses are visible on the platform’s own ledger. The Foundation makes no commitment here about its own financial reporting: what it will publish, and in what form, is a matter for the Board, and nothing has been ratified. One thing support does not buy, by ratified constraint: standing. The Anti-Capture & Power Asymmetry Principle is explicit that no accumulation of capital, market share, or influence creates ethical authority — money flows downstream of ethics, never upstream. Give because the work should exist, not to steer it.

If a matter is genuinely time-sensitive — a regulatory comment period the Foundation should know about, a substantial critique with a publication deadline — use the appropriate door above and say so plainly in the subject line. Time-sensitivity stated honestly is honored; most inquiries can wait, and the record answers many of them without waiting at all.
