The Sovereignty Foundation™

The technologies

Seven named systems and the substrate beneath them — each one written, filed, built, and documented in that order

Drafted September 5, 2026 One architecture

These are not products; they are the named organs of one architecture — and the architecture itself is the Sovereignty Stack: the LOGOS™ pipeline producing and continually re-validating the WISP™ identity object over the SOV substrate. WISP™ decides who. SAGE™ decides whether. RITA™ decides as whom. KRONOS decides when — and how much time has cost. MUSASHI™ and KNOX™ turn decisions into cryptographic authority; AEGIS™ enforces it; LOGOS™ gives the whole system its semantic senses; Pulse Mesh™ carries every message between the parts, in one fixed 128-byte envelope. Each technology follows the same lifecycle — written first, filed second, built throughout, published after — and each card below links to wherever that technology’s documentation currently lives: whitepaper, standard, formal paper, or the registry entry holding its estate.

The seven

WISP™ · Granted
Persistent identity
Identity and provenance as continuously-measured state — the composite identity object, scored for coherence, trust, and drift against its own history. Granted U.S. Patent 12,688,267 B1, with a published standard, specification, and architecture paper.
LOGOS™
Semantic representation
Semantic identity and machine-readable meaning — the multi-modal harvest that feeds the identity and governance pipeline. Whitepaper in preparation.
RITA™
Modular role inference
Governance mathematics as a replaceable part — five interface contracts, runtime hot-swap with state preserved across the exchange, and an inference chain recording which mathematics decided.
SAGE™
Deterministic governance
Bit-identical evaluation, four decision states with the human built in, a provenanced decision chain, and four separated trust boundaries — the discipline the AGI Standard normalizes.
KRONOS
Temporal geometry
Time as a load-bearing coordinate — multi-scale phase embedding, governed decay, phase-conditioned drift, and a system-wide temporal authority. The connective tissue of the estate.
MUSASHI™
Proof-gated execution
Authorization as witnessed mathematics — execution gated on in-bounds proof, warrants with finite lifetimes, reduced to practice claim-by-claim against the granted pipeline.
Pulse Mesh™
Governed transport
Fixed 128-byte messages in a canonical, content-addressed envelope, carried between processes through a shared-memory ring — its latency sealed in cells against Unix sockets, TCP and iceoryx2.

The hierarchy

The architecture reads as a hierarchy, and no single technology sits at its head. Substrate carries, runtime composes, engines decide, surfaces meet the world — and nothing depends upward, so the foundation is the substrate, where every type, wire format, and transport primitive originates. WISP™ is the identity object within that architecture: one of the technologies, sitting among the engines, and the one that so far carries a granted patent. Because the role, governance, and custody engines all consume the composite identity object it produces, WISP illustrates a large component of the architectural foundations — but it is not the architecture itself.

Zero upward dependencies — every type, wire format, and transport primitive originates here.

signals → AXIS normalizes → RITA™/SAGE™ mint the authorization → KNOX™ notarizes with temporal authority → AEGIS™ enforces the boundary → the WISP™ travels out — and is re-measured on return — Canon, Lexicon, Pulse Mesh™, Musashi™/Kronos, and Hermes carry it all

The substrate stack

Beneath the seven, the supporting stack — each a named system with its own filed estate, documented as its layer of the architecture publishes. The full stack, with the estate behind every entry, lives in the registry’s stack view.

KNOX™
Custodial key and secret governance — the cryptographic minter of the governance pipeline.
AEGIS™
Enforcement-gate boundary protection — the five-stage verification gauntlet, fail-closed.
CANON
Canonical record and provenance registry — multi-resolution sovereign memory.
LEXICON
The shape catalog — fixed-point deterministic registry of mathematical primitives.
CELLA™
The sealed measurement cell — the evidence discipline behind bench claims and certification.
LIFT
Governed multi-tier search and federated reasoning — formerly Loom.
WARRANT FABRIC
Proof-gated authority and capability issuance across the stack.
sovOS™
The operating system the organs compose into — disclosed as one architecture in the omnibus filing.
