The Notes
The texture beneath the polish. Dated workings, bench snippets, things noticed during the building. Smaller than essays, more specific than papers.
The architecture papers, governance documents, and standards drafts are the polished outputs. These are not those. Notes is where the actual texture of the work gets published — the day a thing happened, the result that surprised, the workshop conversation that mattered, the small primitive that turned out to be load-bearing. Lower-stakes, higher-frequency, more specific.

Eighteen months of work, ratification of the governance corpus, the homepage going live. A short note from the desk, with what was actually on it the morning of.

Finding the four Warrants
The Lexicon validator flagged the same identifier defined four times across the repo. A short note on why this is the system working as designed — and on what kind of failure mode Lexicon makes detectable that paper-only standards do not.
