Amendment record
No amendments have been made to any ratified foundational document. The Continuity & Irreversibility Clause requires supermajority of disinterested directors and written findings that human protection is not diminished for any amendment; the process and outcome of any future amendment will be documented here.
Forthcoming governance actions
The Foundation anticipates the following governance actions over the next 24 months: expansion of Board composition with additional independent members; formal chartering of Working Groups for the AGI Standard and Pulse Mesh Standard; establishment of an Ethics Board (whose establishment triggers sunset of the Ethical Guardian role); publication of detailed records-discipline standing practice. Material actions in any of these categories will be recorded here.
